NYC prelaunch · Three phases

Help your neighborhood
get cooking.

First, bring the neighborhood. Then, prepare the kitchens and drivers. Open dinner only when the work is ready.

Claims and kitchen introductions are open. Driver intake is paused. Real ordering, runs and payouts are not.

Phase 1 · Now

Claim and recruit ZIPs

Choose your Chip name, bring neighbors and introduce kitchens. Registration is free and nonexclusive. A ZIP coordinates recruitment—not ownership or fee rights. Kitchen introductions stay pending verification.

Before moving on: reliable saved claims and recovery, actual contactability checks and named kitchen commitments. Registrations are not verified people or live kitchens.

Claim your name

Phase 2 · Prepare next

Invite friends and onboard drivers

Invitations already work—share your claim link whenever you like. Driver intake is paused while storage and privacy requirements are under review. No opening date is set. Driver interest is not approval, verified capacity, permission to go online or a payout.

Before moving on: accountable reviewers and required checks, verified availability across kitchen hours, feasible service areas and backup. Interest alone cannot cover a run.

Phase 3 · Not yet

Controlled launch and Season 1

Start small, in approved neighborhoods, and measure actual service. No opening date is set. Season 1 is a proposed first chapter of community participation, not a rewards program available today.

Before opening: verified kitchen authority and driver readiness; approved legal and payment responsibilities; server-authoritative orders and money; rehearsed support, cancellations, refunds and reconciliation. Chip must explicitly approve the pilot and its stop conditions.

Season 1 may include an airdrop. No token or reward is promised. There are no allocation, eligibility or return promises, and joining, inviting or applying does not earn a reward. Any later program needs separately approved terms, privacy and abuse protections.

Pick your practice ZIP.

Real neighborhoods, fictional lots. No restaurants or territory are on offer.

A rehearsal. Not a reservation.

Proposed participation is earned and time-limited: verified work at individual restaurant locations, tied to eligible completed orders. ZIPs coordinate recruitment—not passive rights or delivery boundaries.

Practice rules only: a 3-minute round, up to 1,000 demo credits per bid, in steps of 10. These are not proposed prices or terms. Finish early whenever you like.

Starts the practice clock. No card, deposit or charge. Real recruitment deadlines and earning windows remain unset.

Saved only in this browser, separate from your Chip account and wallet. One local exercise, not a shared auction. No demo bid is sent to Chip. Read what’s still undecided

A ZIP is a place to start.
A restaurant is the work.

Choose an illustration. These are examples, not live kitchens or claims.

Work attaches to a location.

A verified introduction could qualify at this restaurant location, subject to attribution review and published terms. Confirmation alone creates no reward.

Attribution review required

Any rewards would share the existing attributable Scout allocation—not add a charge or grant the whole pool to one partner.

Kitchen and driver checks.

Kitchen readiness

Verify authority and location, menu, hours and operational readiness. An account confirmation is only an introduction record.

Driver coverage

Verify eligibility, availability, backup and pickup/drop readiness. Set coverage requirements before accepting a location.

Chip takes 3% of the plate: company 1% / attributable scouts together 1% / diner cashback 1%. Kitchen keeps the plate. Drivers keep tip + run. Card costs are separate. Chip-back comes from cell pot surplus after a clean drop.

ZIP auctions · Not open

Terms first. No real bids today.

This is a preview, not an offer for sale. No bids or payments are being accepted for this proposal. The practice above uses fictional demo credits only. No ownership, automatic earnings or guaranteed income.

Recruitment deadline ≠ earning window

Neither is set. The recruitment cutoff, qualifying work, per-location start trigger and earning duration must be published separately. No Launch Partner rate or duration is approved.

Attribution, refunds and expiry

Terms must resolve competing claims and existing scouts, canceled or refunded orders, location changes, closures and expiry. Free participation cannot be displaced by paid status.

What would an auction add?

Any paid rights or support package, prices and refund terms must be defined before anyone pays. An auction is not required to register free or introduce a kitchen today.

Know a kitchen? Start free.

Sign in, choose a recruiting ZIP and share your code. Registration is free and nonexclusive. Introductions remain pending verification; they do not verify ownership, activate a kitchen or create a reward.
